Product Developer (Seamless)

Location: Solihull, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid setup with a minimum expectation of four days per week onsite at hirify.global HQ.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of seamless men's and women's products from concept through production.
• Own development critical paths, milestones, seasonal deadlines, garment construction, fit, and product execution.
• Coordinate Design, Colour, Raw Materials, Fit, Quality, Sourcing, and supplier partners.
• Act as the primary technical contact for seamless product development and manage specifications, timelines, testing, and quality standards.
• Ensure products meet safety, legal, regulatory, sustainability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain tech packs, approvals, sealed samples, progress updates, and stakeholder communications while resolving development challenges.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical product development.
• Expertise in seamless product development and seamless manufacturing technologies.
• Understanding of development critical paths, colour development, raw materials, garment testing, and quality processes.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, product compliance, and safety regulations.
• Experience collaborating with Design, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and supplier partners.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills; experience with PLM systems, Excel, CAD software, and product development tools.

• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in global manufacturing and sourcing environments.
• Experience developing activewear, sportswear, or performance apparel.
