Product Developer - 12mths FTC

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at the Head Office in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom; this is not a remote role.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end development of seasonal collections across product categories.
• Manage critical paths, ex-factory dates, cost prices, seal sample stages, and development workbooks.
• Conduct in-house fit sessions, measure samples, and provide technical comments and construction recommendations.
• Work with overseas suppliers on product development, testing, quality control, compliance, and production issues.
• Support design handovers and provide technical guidance to Design, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Brand, and Graphics teams.
• Travel for production and development trips and assist with bulk quality-control checks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product development experience in a fast-moving brand or retail environment.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
• Passion for fashion, streetwear, and lifestyle products.
• Ability to attend the Head Office in Greater Manchester in a hybrid capacity.
