Junior Product Developer (Streetwear)

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at Head Office in Greater Manchester and the London office; this is not a fully remote role.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end development of seasonal, multi-category collections according to critical-path timelines.
• Attend fitting and sealing meetings across the Head Office and London office.
• Review factory submissions, including lab dips, bulk fabrics, prints, samples, and photo samples.
• Support fit meetings, sample and fabric approvals, safety standards, testing, and quality control.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to suppliers and coordinate timely sample processing.
• Create and review AQL inspection and measurement sheets, support bulk QC approvals, and mentor assistant product development team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product development experience in a fast-moving brand or retail environment.
• Experience working with UK and global suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for streetwear, fashion, and lifestyle products.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and respond to changing priorities.
• Ability to attend the Greater Manchester Head Office in a hybrid working arrangement and work across the London office.
