What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through executive relationships, industry engagement, networking, direct outreach, and strategic market activity.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and transformation agendas.
• Position end-to-end value propositions around measurable business outcomes.
• Lead early-stage opportunity qualification, including strategic fit, deal economics, competitive positioning, decision structures, and buying intent.
• Shape opportunities before formal sales engagement and convert executive discussions into qualified proposals and signed contracts.
• Decide with leadership whether opportunities should be pursued, refined, disqualified, or transitioned.

Requirements

• Strong business development background focused on new sales and new-logo acquisition.
• Proven experience engaging C-suite, board-level, and senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Industry experience with the ability to adapt messaging and value propositions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, deal shaping, and roadmap planning skills for complex organizations.
• Experience working in or with the manufacturing industry.
