What you will do

• Maintain client, asset, cash flow, CRM, and reporting data across sales systems.
• Process incoming vendor data and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate data analysis and updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help define requirements for customer-data processes and projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM and internal reporting systems.
• Work with sales, operations, technology, and global stakeholders to understand needs and improve data governance.
• Assist with process documentation and support efficient sales reporting and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in mathematics, statistics, information systems, computer science, or finance/accounting is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, business analysis, or a similar role, including internships.
• Skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, plus experience with Snowflake or a similar platform.
• Analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with large data sets and data analysis processes.
• Ability to gather requirements amid ambiguity, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in helping sales teams make process-driven, data-informed decisions.
