Recruiter-5-month LTE-Corporate/Sales

Location: Remote within the United States; work hours are US Days.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver qualified candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Successful recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for exempt and professional-level positions.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
