Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Jose, California, United States; collaboration with APAC time zones is required.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale US recruitment processes, including ATS optimization, interview frameworks, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for US hires and build talent pipelines across organizational functions.
• Source and assess candidates with semiconductor and AI hardware expertise.
• Advise US and global business leaders on role definition, market compensation, and team building.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and networking meetups in the Silicon Valley AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor or AI hardware ecosystem.
• Strong sourcing skills, including finding and closing passive candidates.
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and build processes where little exists.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to collaborate across APAC time zones.
