Location: Fremont, California, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, sales, and administrative roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define business needs, calibrate talent, and accelerate hiring decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and create transparent, efficient candidate experiences.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and best practices.
• Optimize the Lever applicant tracking system and use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining in-house and agency experience.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting technical, manufacturing, and sales professionals.
• Strong expertise with ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and manage multiple openings in a startup or high-growth environment.
