IT Regulatory Change Senior Officer

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end regulatory assessments of technology projects, identify gaps, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and circulars.
• Develop and prioritize delivery plans with IT project teams to support seamless programme execution.
• Provide objective reporting and tailored recommendations to senior executives and governance forums.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and IT functions to maintain audit-ready programmes and transparent decision traceability.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, leverage existing work, and reduce duplication across programmes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT, auditing, risk management, banking, or business process management.
• Experience independently managing technology and regulatory programmes in banking or complex financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong regulatory framework for information technology.
• Mandatory proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
