What you will do

• Work with the APAC Chief Risk Officer and Risk Division Chief Operating Officer to manage regional and firm-wide risk across the Asia Pacific legal entity footprint.
• Interpret local regulatory risk management guidelines and changes to support compliance and decision-making.
• Facilitate regulatory examinations and coordinate responses to questionnaires, self-assessments, data requests, and industry advocacy matters.
• Coordinate new activity impact assessments and approvals with Risk departments.
• Maintain risk policies and procedures and participate in Risk Committees and Board meetings.
• Contribute to thematic risk reviews for global Risk Leadership and the Executive Office.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of industry experience; prior Risk Management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, form sound judgments, provide insights, and drive change.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with people across departments and levels of seniority.
