Senior Officer, Account Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform KYC reviews for individual customers during onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events.
• Handle account maintenance and related operational tasks throughout the customer account lifecycle.
• Contact customers through outbound calls, email, and digital channels to obtain information and clarify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvement, workflow enhancement, and automation initiatives.
• Work with Financial Crime, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to deliver compliant and scalable operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably including checker responsibilities or complex case exposure.
• Comfort communicating directly with customers.
• Basic understanding of KYC and CDD requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a volume-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, or process transformation.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Officer, Account Operations level.
