Events Specialist

Location: Brisbane, Australia. Remote work is available, with office-first collaboration as the default and regular travel around Australia for events.

What you will do

• Support grassroots, rep-led events including farm barbecues, open days, welcome events, and on-farm gatherings.
• Support national and high-profile brand events through logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
• Manage venues, travel, accommodation, merchandise, signage, registrations, setup, and event-day troubleshooting.
• Coordinate invitations, reminders, follow-ups, surveys, and event communications with the content team.
• Work with Territory Managers, sales, and marketing to align event goals, preparation, and information flow.
• Track registrations, attendance, lead generation, pipeline impact, feedback, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in delivering events and making things happen in detail-oriented environments.
• Strong organization, ownership, reliability, and practical communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with Territory Managers, suppliers, farmers, and event stakeholders.
• Calm, solutions-oriented approach when plans change or issues arise during events.
• Willingness to travel regularly around Australia for events.
• Full driver's licence required.
