What you will do
- Manage end-to-end logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and customer meetups across Australia and occasionally the US.
- Research events and sponsorship opportunities targeting IT and security buyers, using AI to prioritise recommendations.
- Plan and deliver company-hosted events and virtual roundtables from concept through post-event review.
- Create on-brand marketing assets such as social graphics, email banners, presentation decks, one-pagers, and event collateral.
- Draft and publish blog posts, social content, campaign copy, event announcements, customer stories, and email content.
- Execute demand generation campaigns, maintain marketing workflows and CRM data, produce performance reports, and keep project trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries up to date.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications, in an agency or in-house environment.
- Practical day-to-day fluency with AI tools for research, content development, and workflow acceleration.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe and a strong sense of clean, audience-appropriate design.
- Clear written communication and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, workstreams, and operational details.
- Comfort with campaign data, spreadsheets, event ROI tracking, and marketing reporting.
- Based in Sydney, NSW, with availability for on-site events and regular team collaboration.
