What you will do

  • Strategize and execute the annual EMEA events calendar from initial concept to final budget reconciliation.
  • Lead GTM communications and event strategy for the Central region (DACH, Eastern Europe) to meet Sales pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Partnerships and HQ Brand teams to integrate partners and ensure brand consistency across all activations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, secure venues, and oversee on-site production for both sponsored and owned events.
  • Enable Sales and Success teams on monthly/quarterly event plans and provide essential in-office event support.
  • Measure event effectiveness against KPIs and create data-driven post-event wrap-up reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or event production within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of executing successful co-branded events with partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany to support a hybrid work model.
  • Availability for extensive travel for assigned projects.

  • Experience with major industry events such as DMEXCO or OMR.
