Marketing Manager (Agriculture)

Breedr develops precision livestock management software for farmers, processors, food retailers, and supply chains, supporting cattle operations across the UK, EU, US, Australia, and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Deliver US marketing projects and campaigns while coordinating internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Develop messaging and customer stories for farmers and ranchers with the content and product teams.
• Own the website, maintain accurate content, and manage external website partners.
• Manage marketing analytics and reporting, connecting advertising activity with sign-ups and subscriptions.
• Plan event calendars and logistics, tracking event costs and returns.
• Coordinate with sales and account-management teams and serve as the local point of coordination for US marketing.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a marketing role with a record of delivering projects.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, marketing analytics, and reporting.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Organised, calm under pressure, self-directed, and able to use data for decision-making.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with sales, product teams, and external agencies.
• Experience or interest in ranching, cattle, or agriculture.

Nice to have

• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop.
