Future Opportunities - Technicians (Electromechanical Assembly)

What you will do

• Assemble small- to medium-sized electromechanical builds, LRUs, and element arrays under engineering direction.
• Build, install, route, rework, and troubleshoot prototype and production harnesses.
• Follow digital MES work instructions and perform peer inspections.
• Plan and execute testing and troubleshooting activities for prototype systems.
• Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, voltmeters, multimeters, and other laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technician experience or experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, standard manufacturing equipment, or harness work.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Soldering certification and experience soldering cables and harnesses.
• Aerospace, defense, or military experience.
• Understanding of MIL-STD requirements.
