Manufacturing Technician | Ground Support Equipment

Location: South Burlington, Vermont, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Compensation: $26–$35 USD per hour

Company

Develops electric aviation products and deploys electric vehicle charging infrastructure at airports.

What you will do

• Build, troubleshoot, and test electric vehicle charging systems.
• Assemble products using electrical and mechanical methods.
• Advance quality control across the manufacturing process.
• Suggest and document improvements to build processes.
• Build and test new products as they are developed.

Requirements

• High-school diploma.
• Electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and written work instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, including wire cutters and crimpers.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite around high voltage and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• A.A.S. in an engineering-related field.
• Soldering experience.
• Experience working with electric chargers.
• Experience with automated test systems.
