Electronics Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

What you will do

• Assemble and solder electronic components on printed circuit boards according to industry standards.
• Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical and electronic circuits.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Operate oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other test equipment.
• Support engineers with electronic prototypes and production units while maintaining testing, repair, and production documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting is preferred; entry-level candidates may receive on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities.
• Effective verbal communication and a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
• Ability to take ownership, act resourcefully, and meet production goals.
• Commitment to company and industry quality and safety standards.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• IPC-A-620 and/or IPC-A-610 knowledge or certification.
