What you will do

• Own a defined product area from discovery and scoping through design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Write clear PRDs and translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly.
• Manage execution timelines, milestones, and dependencies to support on-time delivery.
• Establish clarity across teams, measure impact, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Help shape product development culture and best practices as the team scales.

Requirements

• Product experience in technology-focused companies within insurance, finance, or legal domains.
• Early-stage or startup experience in high-ownership, low-structure environments.
• Experience taking projects from concept or statement of work through launch.
• Clear communication with both technical and business audiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Interest in seeing products deployed and creating measurable real-world impact.
