What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Operations to ensure high-impact solution delivery.
  • Act as the primary strategic force for the executive team, managing the product roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with the Director of Engineering to synchronize Discovery and Delivery tracks using Dual-Track Agile.
  • Standardize discovery documentation and research databases to create a transparent, low-friction operational environment.
  • Translate complex business goals into actionable priorities while maintaining commercial realism.
  • Serve as the primary product voice in company-wide meetings, evangelizing the vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Proven experience as a high-agency leader in a modern product organization.
  • Deep expertise in SVPG and Cagan product principles.
  • Elite communication skills, specifically utilizing the Pyramid Principle.
  • Strong systems thinking ability to optimize the R&D engine for speed and quality.
  • Ability to act as a gatekeeper for the roadmap, providing definitive decisions based on data and trade-offs.
