Principal Product Manager - IDP & Agentic AI

What you will do

• Own customer problems, product outcomes, and the direction of a programme or product line.
• Lead discovery with developers, architects, platform engineers, system administrators, and implementation teams.
• Build an evidence-based roadmap focused on developer experience, API and SDK usability, documentation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Translate customer needs and business strategy into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions covering customer value, scalability, extensibility, and build-versus-buy choices.
• Partner with architects and engineers, apply AI to discovery and documentation, and coach other product managers.

Requirements

• Substantial product management experience in B2B enterprise, platform, developer, or infrastructure products.
• Experience independently owning outcomes at programme or product-line level.
• Strong customer discovery and co-creation skills, with a record of influencing product direction through customer evidence.
• Technical fluency with APIs, schemas, logs, and code; production coding experience is not required.
• Ability to make prioritisation decisions and align engineers, architects, and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience coaching or mentoring product managers and setting team standards.
