Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; travel up to 50%

What you will do
- Manage key accounts and promote metallization, Riston dry film, and packaging polymer products.
- Provide technical solutions and service to electronics and industrial customers in Japan and Landed Japan Operations.
- Identify commercial and developmental opportunities and develop new business through customer networking and market analysis.
- Coordinate with Japan technical teams, business development, product management, R&D, and quality teams to support customer projects.
- Manage the selling and technical service process, sales policies, forecasts, and territory profit goals.
- Build long-term relationships with key influencers and translate customer technical needs into business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience commercializing, introducing, and selling new products.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and issues.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and communications software.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
