What you will do
- Act as the regional alliance representative in Japan and develop the local alliance strategy with global alliance leadership.
- Manage strategic partnerships across Big 4 firms, advisory firms, resellers, and distributors.
- Recruit, onboard, train, certify, and enable partners throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through joint account mapping, business reviews, forecasting, and sales collaboration.
- Plan and execute partner marketing activities, webcasts, and roadshows across Japan.
- Coordinate regional operational needs, including language and customer support requirements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in sales or channel management.
- Demonstrated success working with Big 4 firms, global system integrators, resellers, or managed service providers.
- Experience building partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Strong networking, business development, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
- Familiarity with the Japanese business landscape and comfort working in a matrix environment.
- Native Japanese and business-conversational English are required.
