Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; the team is distributed across the U.S.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, DOE

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles and partner with leadership on senior or specialized searches.
• Manage and improve the applicant tracking system, including AI-powered sourcing, screening, and scheduling integrations.
• Use AI-assisted tools to build qualified shortlists while validating results, identifying false positives and negatives, and applying human judgment.
• Conduct phone, video, panel, and other structured interviews and assess candidate skills, experience, and fit.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and partner with hiring managers on qualification criteria and hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting workflows, speed-to-hire, compliance, and candidate experience while evaluating new recruiting technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system and conducting multiple interview formats.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools and override recommendations when appropriate.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools, interview-intelligence notetakers, or generative AI for job postings and outreach.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity platforms.
• Experience developing recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with content marketing, creative, or agency hiring.
