Product Manager (PDF Software)

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the hirify.global Editor Desktop product line in alignment with company strategy and North America market needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to gather feedback and prioritize improvements.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, and management to support timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Support launches through release preparation, internal training, documentation, and customer-facing product explanations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software product management, product operations, or business enablement.
• Ability to understand customer needs, sales priorities, and market requirements.
• Experience translating business and customer feedback into clear product requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable supporting North America business needs and collaborating across regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting North America sales teams, business stakeholders, or end customers.
• Familiarity with PDF editors, desktop software, SaaS products, or productivity tools.
• Experience working with global R&D or engineering teams.
• Understanding of product release planning, customer feedback loops, and competitive product positioning.
