TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Researching and launching new industry verticals for a supply store technology platform with an accent on market sizing, customer research, and GTM strategy. Focus on identifying new ICPs, conducting in-person field research, and landing initial pilot clients.

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area (working from the office 4 days per week)

Salary: $193,000 - $210,000

Modernizing independent supply stores (hardware, paint, nurseries) with best-in-class technology.

What you will do

  • Own new industry verticals end-to-end from market sizing to GTM launch.
  • Conduct extensive in-person field research with store operators to understand pain points.
  • Translate field insights into sequenced feature roadmaps in collaboration with engineering.
  • Identify and close 5+ pilot clients per industry to validate market demand.
  • Define and execute GTM strategies, identifying key channels and partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or an equivalent field.
  • Based in the SF Bay Area.
  • Proven ability to synthesize messy field research into clear, defensible roadmaps.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
  • High curiosity for traditional, overlooked industries.

Nice to have

  • Experience with vertical SaaS.
  • Familiarity with building materials or construction supply industries.
  • Track record of successful cold outreach leading to interviews, deals, or partnerships.
