Product Manager II (IT Management)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates within commuting distance of the South Salt Lake City headquarters, with in-office work approximately two days per week

What you will do

• Define and refine the roadmap and requirements for hirify.global Connect’s core functionality.
• Conduct customer, prospect, market, competitor, and product usage research to identify high-impact problems.
• Translate research into product requirements, UX feedback, prototypes, Product Requirement Documents, and user stories.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to assess feasibility, scope work, and deliver features from concept through launch.
• Align stakeholders and support product positioning, messaging, launches, and cross-functional delivery.
• Define product health and usage metrics, report on results, and improve research and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience launching and supporting customer-facing features or products.
• Design literacy, including evaluating UX quality, providing design feedback, and independently prototyping ideas.
• Experience with RMM systems or an IT background.
• Ability to identify problems, create impactful solutions, and present to large groups.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate ownership, honesty, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
