Project Manager, Demo (Defense Tech)

Location: Dallas, Texas; on-site. International and domestic travel is required as needed.

Salary: $88,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Generate demonstration plans, schedules, action plans, risk metrics, and budgets.
• Plan demonstration event logistics and coordinate personnel, customers, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Lead effective project meetings and manage preparation, follow-up, customer correspondence, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate ITAR and EAR import/export compliance, fuel procurement, and other operational requirements.
• Track customer hardware readiness, inventory, repairs, warranty requests, RMAs, service bulletins, and technical manual distribution.
• Analyze critical paths, identify bottlenecks, guide prioritization, and drive projects toward timely, cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and events.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, teamwork, and high performance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Familiarity with aviation product delivery, maintenance, sustainment, and field support.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or business.
• PMP certification.
