What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs originating in Business Operations and affecting the broader company.
- Coordinate projects across Facilities, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain, HR Operations, Finance, IT, EH&S, and Talent Acquisition.
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, ownership, and delays across concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with Business Operations leads and the COO to scope, sequence, and prioritize operational work.
- Drive change management, stakeholder communication, adoption planning, and leadership reporting.
- Build project-tracking systems, foundational metrics, dashboards, templates, process documentation, and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience managing stakeholders and working across functions such as legal, facilities, HR, procurement, finance, or IT.
- Ability to build process and tracking systems from the ground up and work effectively with tools such as Jira or GitHub.
- Strong ability to leverage AI tools for synthesis, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn cross-functional complexity into clear, actionable plans.
- Employment authorization will be verified through E-Verify after hiring.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience building basic dashboards or reporting infrastructure in Sheets, Excel, or a BI tool.
