Project Manager, Business Operations (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs originating in Business Operations and affecting the broader company.
• Partner with Business Operations leads and the COO to scope, sequence, and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage concurrent projects across Facilities, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain, HR Operations, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
• Drive company-wide change management, including stakeholder communication and adoption planning.
• Establish project tracking, reporting practices, foundational metrics, dashboards, and reusable frameworks.
• Coordinate operational teams, track timelines, dependencies, and risks, and provide progress updates to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally across multiple functions or teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience working with operational functions such as Legal, Facilities, HR, or Procurement.
• Ability to build processes and tracking systems from the ground up.
• Ability to work effectively with varied tools and systems, including Jira or GitHub.
• Strong use of AI tools for synthesis, documentation, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience building basic dashboards or reporting infrastructure in Sheets, Excel, or a BI tool.
