Professional Services Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $117,000–$135,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for client business units throughout project delivery.
• Develop project plans, priorities, business requirements, and formal statements of work.
• Manage project deliverables, objectives, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues across multiple projects.
• Maintain project data, documentation, resource schedules, revenue forecasts, and fixed-price completion metrics.
• Provide timely internal and external communications and promote implementation methods, project management practices, and company policies.
• Use AI-enabled tools such as chatbots, documentation automation, and analytics assistants in line with AI governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in the document management industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong project and time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Capture.
• PMI certification.
• Experience using AI-driven tools to optimize project delivery, automate workflows, and support data-governed enterprise implementation.
