Professional Services Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $117,000–$135,000 per year. An additional disclosed range is $100,000–$125,000; actual pay depends on work location, skills, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout project delivery.
• Build project plans, define priorities, and direct personnel across project activities.
• Understand customer business and technical needs and develop detailed requirements for statements of work.
• Manage deliverables, objectives, risks, issues, schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain project data, resource schedules, revenue forecasts, and fixed-price completion reporting.
• Use AI-enabled tools such as chatbots, documentation automation, and analytics assistants while following AI governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong project and time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional experience in the document management industry is required.

• PMI certification.
• Experience using AI-driven tools to optimize delivery, automate workflows, improve decision-making, and implement governed enterprise solutions.
