Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own enterprise implementations from kick-off through close, including milestones, priorities, requirements, and delivery tracking.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including executive communication and SteerCo agendas.
• Translate engineering output into executive briefs and business-case language for CFOs, investors, and enterprise clients.
• Lead change management and build frameworks to measure implementation value.
• Develop delivery processes and playbooks that improve the speed and consistency of future engagements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience running complex, multi-workstream projects in consulting, operations, or technical implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to keep projects on schedule without performing the technical work directly.
• Credibility in client-facing settings, including communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Specific, practiced use of AI tools in workflows that improve output quality.
• Curiosity about software development and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Availability for on-site work in San Francisco or New York is required.
