Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (m/f/d)

Location: West Branch, Iowa, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

What you will do

• Manage consumables, spare parts, tooling, inventories, purchasing, receiving, replacements, and related SAP transactions.
• Oversee maintenance work orders, schedules, documentation, and reporting in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and perform inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective repairs, and equipment qualifications.
• Maintain, repair, install, assemble, modify, and commission equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by third-party vendors and contractors.
• Support maintenance planning, prioritization, operational efficiency, and production downtime reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of maintenance experience, or an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights occasionally and independently or collaboratively in a structured environment.
• Fluent English required for safety communication, instructions, and collaboration with supervisors and team members.
• Commitment to safety procedures, regulatory compliance, hazard mitigation, and proper use of protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of maintenance experience.
• Vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical fields.
• ERP or SAP experience, office software skills, and knowledge of ISO 9000:2000 quality systems.
