Maintenance Technician (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at the manufacturing site

What you will do

• Provide daily maintenance support for production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment affecting manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations for pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating equipment.
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Identify design and preventive-maintenance improvements and work with production operators to resolve equipment concerns.
• Train new employees, review work by employees or contractors when required, and issue safe work permits.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing manufacturing or facility equipment.
• General computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft software tools.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment and follow safe work practices.
• Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motions.
