Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant, 173 Tuckerton Road, Reading, Pennsylvania 19605, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Salary: $28.00–$38.00 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation.
• Work safely as part of a maintenance team.
• Develop multicraft maintenance skills through company-provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work the 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Ability to supply basic hand tools; special and heavy tools are provided.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
