Partnerships Lead (Fintech)

hirify.global is an early-stage payments-as-a-service startup providing embedded payment solutions for vertically focused software platforms.

What you will do

• Own the full partner lifecycle across technology, banking, private equity, venture capital, payments consulting, and other partnership channels.
• Prospect and engage target partners through email, phone, live meetings, and LinkedIn.
• Educate partners on the PayFac-as-a-service offering and drive platform referrals to the sales team.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and coordinate executive engagement to advance partnerships.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, networking events, and corporate engagements.
• Develop partner co-marketing initiatives and manage HubSpot pipelines for tracking and forecasting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analysis, operations, Chief of Staff, or partnerships roles involving complex solutions.
• Proven success driving referrals to sales or business development teams.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup and navigate ambiguity.
• Strategic thinking and willingness to execute in a high-growth environment.
