Director of Partnerships (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $215,000–$294,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead partnership strategy and revenue growth across acquiring, issuing, multi-rail infrastructure providers, and online financial product marketplaces.
• Manage strategic relationships with banks, lenders, and marketplace ecosystem partners.
• Source, negotiate, and structure high-value partnerships, including pricing and commercial frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and vertical teams to execute shared goals.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to forecast performance, optimize partnerships, and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at fintech conferences and work with product teams to develop new capabilities for consumers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a similar growth-focused role.
• 5+ years of experience in financial technology, payments, or financial services marketplaces.
• Expertise in payment processing, acquiring and issuing, card interchange mechanics, or digital acquisition.
• Experience managing senior-level partner relationships, negotiations, performance, and contract compliance.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Excellent executive presence, communication, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
