Consulting Manager - Financial Services (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY; in-office 4x per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD base salary per year; OTE: $250,000–$290,000

What you will do

• Lead discovery phases, facilitate client workshops, and deliver consulting engagements from discovery through execution.
• Configure workflows and AI agents directly within the hirify.global platform.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into process maps, lightweight prototypes, and platform-based solutions.
• Drive measurable outcomes including speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
• Produce BRDs and high-fidelity process documentation while contributing to reusable delivery playbooks.
• Support client engagements and selling efforts in collaboration with the Director and VP of Consulting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into actionable platform configurations.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, client expectation management, and executive presence.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools.
• Understanding of data architectures and integration patterns; backgrounds in MBB, Big 4, or high-growth technology companies are preferred.
