Senior Consultant - Financial Services

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits. OTE: $250,000–$290,000.

What you will do

• Lead discovery phases and facilitate client workshops.
• Configure workflows and AI agents directly within the platform.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes.
• Redesign complex legacy workflows to improve speed to value, reduce costs, and increase platform adoption.
• Produce business requirements documents, process maps, and other high-fidelity delivery artifacts.
• Contribute to reusable consulting playbooks and support client engagement and selling activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into platform-based configurations.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, structured problem-solving, client expectation management, and executive presence.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools.
• Ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns; backgrounds in MBB, Big Four consulting, or high-growth technology companies are preferred.
