Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (In-person position)

What you will do

• Partner with engineers and customers to ship AI agents for fraud and risk workflows.
• Translate customer pain points and SOPs into precise technical requirements.
• Own the strategic and technical success of customer accounts through production.
• Define success metrics for deployments and manage long-term account expansion.
• Identify patterns across accounts to influence the long-term product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for in-person work.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or product manager.
• Proven experience shipping 0 to 1 products and iterating based on real customer data.
• Executive presence and the ability to act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Experience automating human review or investigation workflows.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements such as KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, or sanctions screening.
