Airline Sourcing Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Remote, based in Germany; Nürnberg

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Conduct market research, property analysis, and market RFPs for airline and cruise line crew accommodations, distressed passengers, and universal rates.
• Negotiate RFP terms, hotel and transport rates, fee agreements, and contracting requirements.
• Analyze pricing, monitor market changes, identify savings and revenue opportunities, and escalate risks.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, pricing comparisons, final accommodation and transport options, and other client deliverables.
• Vet hotels and transport vendors against client criteria and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Account Management and other departments through handover and placement, while contributing product feedback and conducting assigned hotel site visits.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries.
• Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and customer-focused partnership-building abilities.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, follow-up, and project coordination skills.
• High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to learn new platforms and tools.
• Must be based in Germany.
