What you will do
- Manage strategic procurement of electronic components in line with supply chain plans and company goals.
- Identify long-term business opportunities and support customer requirements in collaboration with Sales.
- Source components, qualify suppliers, and maintain accurate supplier profiles in the CRM.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, quantities, delivery schedules, payment terms, and exclusive agreements.
- Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery and use ERP and supply chain management systems.
- Protect customers and the business from risky suppliers and counterfeit materials while supporting account growth.
Requirements
- Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize high volumes of data, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Relevant experience in electronic components, EMS, or procurement, or a degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with electronics supply chains, procurement procedures, ERP systems, and supplier markets.
