Senior Group Buyer Clinical Diagnostics (Clinical Diagnostics)

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid work model with 3 days from the office

What you will do

• Manage direct procurement categories and build category strategies with the Procurement Team.
• Lead global and local sourcing processes and identify new suppliers.
• Develop and present procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, maintain supplier agreements, and draft contracts.
• Prepare RFPs, structure specifications, and provide business recommendations.
• Drive procurement innovation, continuous improvement, KPI achievement, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience and results in global strategic procurement and negotiation.
• Experience managing category scope, building procurement strategies, and working with multinational teams.
• End-to-end sourcing experience, including supplier identification, contract drafting, and commercial agreement management.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
• Experience preparing RFPs, structuring specifications, using procurement tools such as Coupa, and optimizing processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business processes, economics, administration, business, finance, or engineering.
