Product Manager, AI Solutions

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York, United States; hybrid with office attendance a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and deliver analytics for internal corporate and direct-to-consumer AI agents, measuring performance, engagement, task completion, quality, reliability, and business impact.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analytics requirements, success metrics, user stories, and instrumentation plans with product, engineering, data, program management, scrum, and leadership teams.
• Establish measurement frameworks for agentic workflows, including adoption, escalations, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Own analytics products, dashboards, reports, metric narratives, and executive-ready insights across the GenAI and agentic AI lifecycle.
• Prototype and build AI agents and agentic workflows while identifying opportunities to improve product experiences and operational outcomes.
• Partner with data, engineering, and governance teams on data quality, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of related professional experience in product management or development, ideally focused on AI.
• Proven product management experience, preferably with LLM-based conversational agents.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, quantitative, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Amplitude, Power BI, OTel, observability tools, and related analytics platforms.
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cybersecurity, and ethical AI practices.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
