Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout.
• Design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails in partnership with engineers.
• Act as the technical translator between engineering and the organization to establish AI best practices.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates via rigorous experimentation.
• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical PM) at a fast-paced startup.
• Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems and modern LLMs.
• Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
• Proficiency in SQL for data-driven validation and hypothesis testing.
• Must currently reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
