IT Recruiter

Location: Ukraine — remote from any location within Ukraine

Compensation: Base salary, KPI performance bonus, success fee bonus for each hired candidate, and monthly payment in USD to a Private Entrepreneur account.

What you will do

• Recruit for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source and engage candidates and leads through social media and professional networks.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, and prepare interview summaries.
• Submit candidates to hiring managers and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Track submissions, candidate progress, recruitment statistics, and client updates.
• Improve interview processes and identify recruitment issues with proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruiting role.
• Ability to present and promote vacancies and the company during recruitment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a suitable work environment for video interviews.
• Target-driven approach, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple vacancies in parallel.
