What you will do

  • Source candidates for high-volume and specialized roles (Java, .NET, Full-stack, architects, scrum masters, QAA engineers, Security, DevOps) as well as general roles (Sales, BPO, DDC, Tech Support).
  • Post open requisitions and use digital recruitment tools and social media to attract candidates.
  • Execute university recruiting plans/programs.
  • Review job orders and applications to match candidates to job requirements.
  • Search for candidates via databases, social media, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, and employee referrals.
  • Manage candidates in the company tracking system, send tests, assess results, and support screening interviews.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience building a robust pipeline for high-volume roles, including specialized areas (Java, .NET, Full-stack, architects, scrum masters, QAA, Security, DevOps) and general areas (Sales, BPO, DDC, Tech Support).
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, x-ray, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization with multiple openings.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and handle sensitive/confidential information.
