What you will do

• Source candidates for high-volume, specialized, and general positions across IT, sales, data development, BPO, DDC, and technical support.
• Use Boolean search, X-ray search, databases, social media, networking, job fairs, advertisements, and employee referrals to build candidate pipelines.
• Publish requisitions, promote open roles, and execute university sourcing programs.
• Review applications, send assessments, conduct screening interviews, and explain role responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the tracking system and database.
• Coordinate candidate assignments and collect feedback from the TA Lead, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience building robust pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media recruiting.
• English proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage multiple openings independently in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, consultative, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with high ethics and integrity.
