What you will do
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for roles across global business functions and regions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technology, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, sales, HR, and other corporate functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and industry associations.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, qualification conversations, and engagement campaigns.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to assess requirements and talent market conditions.
- Conduct talent mapping and labor market research covering candidate availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and geographic talent pools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Required experience sourcing for technology and engineering or operations roles.
- Experience with creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and recruitment databases.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required; the role is on-site in Hyderabad, India.

- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition.
- Sourcing experience for additional business functions.
