Senior Sales Operations Manager

Location: Remote (US); fully remote work from home

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable sales processes and systems that improve AE and CSM productivity and leadership visibility.
• Plan territories and allocate strategic accounts based on compensation plans and designated territories.
• Coordinate RFP responses and own Bid Desk reviews for non-standard customer requirements.
• Develop sales performance metrics, automate alerts, and provide operational insights to leadership.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators, Marketing Operations, sales leadership, product marketing, engineering, and enablement teams to optimize the go-to-market technology stack.
• Lead Salesforce enhancements, audit data quality, evaluate sales technologies, and use AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and Zapier to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, or Business Process Engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes and go-to-market systems at SaaS companies.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales methodologies, Salesforce, analytics, and data quality management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial understanding, effective prioritization, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
