Sourcing Recruiter (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on targeted sourcing strategies.
• Conduct baseline candidate screening and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
• Research talent markets, competitors, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks; create talent maps for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track sourcing metrics, and improve tools, channels, and outreach templates.
• Represent hirify.global at meetups and networking events and support employer branding campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Bizreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage candidates.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented working style.

• Experience sourcing for robotics, hardware, software, or AI roles.
• Experience in a high-growth, startup, or technology environment.
• Experience building talent communities or sourcing campaigns from scratch.
• Global or cross-border sourcing experience.
