Senior Analyst, Real Estate Finance

hirify.global is a publicly traded real estate company managing a national portfolio of medical office buildings.

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic reforecasting for a national medical office building portfolio.
• Maintain property-level financial models and analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on portfolio financial and operational performance.
• Analyze NOI, leasing spreads, absorption, retention, occupancy, operating expenses, recoveries, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards, models, and reporting tools using MRI, Power BI, Excel, and related platforms.
• Partner with Asset Management, Accounting, Finance leadership, and operational stakeholders on portfolio analytics and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, property accounting, asset management, commercial real estate analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with property-level budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical office, office, retail, or other commercial real estate.
• Experience with MRI, Power BI, or similar real estate and reporting platforms.
• Accounting background and a strong understanding of financial statements.
